How Do I Use My Gas Rewards?

If a customer has enough Gas Rewards, they will use their Rewards Card at the IN-N-OUT gas station to receive their discount.

  1. The customer will go to the IN-N-OUT gas station, swipe their card at the pump.
  2. Push YES on the keypad to confirm discount.
  3. Watch the price per grade reduce.
  4. Choose their payment option.
  5. Begin Fueling.

Please note:

  • Customers CANNOT use their phone number to spend Gas Rewards.
  • They must have their Rewards Card present.
  • Customers must be enrolled/registered to spend Gas Rewards.
